You will architect a world-class platform that is reliable by default and invisible to the developers who use it. The Impact You Will Make:

• Architect Scalability: Evolve our Kubernetes-native stack (Flux2, Crossplane) to handle our next phase of global growth.

• Platform as Product: Design and build the "Scheduling Magic" infrastructure that our product teams rely on to ship impact daily.

• Evangelize DX: Create an elite developer experience by automating away the "toil" and building elegant, self-service CI/CD journeys using GitHub Actions.

• Own the Outcome: Lead incident response and root cause analysis with a blameless, growth-oriented mindset.

• Mutual Development: Actively coach and mentor the team, fulfilling our obligation to make each other better every day.

• K8s Mastery: You know Kubernetes inside out and have experience with kops, ClusterAPI, or similar at scale.

• GitOps Obsession: You believe that if it’s not in Git, it doesn't exist.

• Coding Fluency: You are comfortable writing Go or Python to extend our platform (controllers, operators, etc.).

• Practical Mindset: You value reliable, explainable systems over "clever" complexity.
