What You’ll Do

• Ensure smooth and secure IT operations by monitoring system performance, maintaining hardware and infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for all IT systems, in close cooperation with the Information Security Officer.
• Manage secure onboarding and offboarding processes, provisioning user access and devices across our core IT stack: Okta, Jamf Pro, Jira, Slack, Slite, SentinelOne, and Unifi.
• Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, including network setup, WiFi, and meeting room hardware, to ensure a seamless hybrid work experience.
• Provide advanced technical support for complex IT issues, acting as a reliable partner to internal teams.
• Design and maintain integrations between systems to simplify operations and reduce manual effort.
• Drive automation using platforms like n8n.io, ChatGPT, and Google Gemini to improve IT workflows.
• Monitor and track IT spend using tools like Spendbase, helping optimize costs across departments.
  

What You Bring

• Hands-on IT operations experience, including system management, troubleshooting, and user support with Macbooks / MacOS.
• A proactive approach to automation and integration, with scripting skills and a desire to simplify workflows.
• Strong awareness of IT security, including data protection, access control, and endpoint safety.
• Clear communicator and collaborator, empathetic and comfortable working across teams and explaining technical concepts.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
