What You’ll Do
- Lead HR operations for CH/DE. Own payroll & controlling, benefits, and full employee lifecycle administration with a strong focus on compliance and process optimization.
- Run smooth onboarding and offboarding. Make new joiners feel welcome and ensure departing colleagues leave with clarity and a great experience.
- Manage office operations. Keep our Berlin office running like clockwork—everything from vendor management to supplies and events.
- Support employees and managers. Be the go-to person for HR questions, policy guidance, and daily people support.
- Own our HR systems. Keep BambooHR and other People Ops tools accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data privacy standards.
- Drive insights through HR data. Help shape better decision-making with smart reporting, people metrics, and trend analysis.
What You Bring
- Solid experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, ideally across Switzerland and Germany.
- Experience in payroll processes, labor law compliance, and HR admin best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a service mindset.
- Familiarity with HR tools like BambooHR and Culture Amp. A big plus if you know Jira.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and German (written & spoken).
- Fluent in Excel and experienced in using data for decision-making and day-to-day People Ops processes
